“Resilience has become a big focus area for our businesses, and cloud was a big enabler of that resiliency,” he notes.

While the entire work from home environment has been growing due to the current environment, there remains a crucial aspect of security, and with the pandemic, the concern has grown multi-fold.

Narry talks about the range of security concerns that are affecting organizational behavior.

“We are all moving away from trusted networks, to no trust networks. I think, by design, we have to assume that the networks and end-points are no longer secure,” he says, adding that organizations need to build enough protocols, enough controls so that businesses can perform their activities with the highest level of data integrity, secrecy and making sure that their assets are protected.

“There is one thing today businesses need to do is they need to do innovation at speed at the same time innovation at an economical cost,” says Narry.

“And, that's only possible if they have access to innovation from various quarters,” he adds.

However, doing so in their own time and cost is prohibitively expensive. Narry believes a community of experts in the cloud space can not only help cut time to market on innovation but gather deeper insights on what's happening in the world of cloud.

And finally, Narry believes that cloud is an enabler in the society, something that has become especially clear during the pandemic.

“I can only imagine what could happen without the power of technology in general, and cloud in particular,” he says, also noting that cloud has given us the ability to operate remotely, and seamlessly, with almost the same efficiency as earlier.

“So, I think I think it's going to be very exciting. And like I said, cloud will continue to play a big part in every business and everybody's life,” says Narry.
