Steven is the Global Engineering & Operations Director for Consumer Technologies at Philip Morris International. With responsibility for all B2C, B2B, social engagement and infrastructure platforms Steven leads DevOps and Digital delivery teams to protect, improve and sustain the customer experience. Having held senior roles in Heineken, Scottish & Newcastle, Amazon and Paddy Power Betfair, Steven has experience of driving significant improvement to customer-facing solutions and services across various geographies and industries. Born in Scotland, Steven currently lives in London but has had assignments in Panama, Portugal, the USA and Malaysia and is now building a team across Latin America, Asia Pacific and Western Europe.
